Project Checklist Requirements - MUST READ

GENERAL AFF CLUB REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL FAIR EXHIBITORS:

1. Attend at least 50% of club meetings

2. Present a project talk or demonstration at the club meeting

(first year members are exempt)

3. Participate in 2 community service/citizenship activities

____________________________________________________________________________________________________ To Show Beef, Dairy Cattle, Goats Poultry, Rabbits, Sheep and Swine at the Woodbury County Fair, you must complete the FSQA Requirement by:

(a) attend a Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Workshop - if you are 9,10 or 11 years old OR

(b) attend the class or "test out" during a testing date if you are over 12 years old OR

(c) Take the test if you are 15 years and older. All ages are determined as of January 1 of this year.

TO Show Dairy Cattle, Meat and Dairy Goats, Breeding Heifers, Cow-Calf and Feeder Calves, Swine including Pig-Of-Merit/Performance Pen, Horse and/or Pony, or Dogs, SUBMIT LIVESTOCK ID FORM BY MAY 15 at 4:00 pm TO EXTENSION OFFICE Rabbits, Poultry, Cats or small pets DO NOT USE THIS FORM

NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! For this - a postmark of May 15 is accepted, but a postage meter mark is NOT accepted, faxes are NOT accepted.

A. Exhibits in the 4-H Building produced by 4th graders are identified by blue exhibit tags and are eligible for Woodbury County judging only.

Arlington Future Farmers 4-H club is located in Moville, Iowa. We normally meet at 7pm on the first Sunday of the Month at Moville City Hall.
