____________________________________________________________________________________________________ To Show Beef, Dairy Cattle, Goats Poultry, Rabbits, Sheep and Swine at the Woodbury County Fair, you must complete the FSQA Requirement by:(a) attend a Food Safety Quality Assurance (FSQA) Workshop - if you are 9,10 or 11 years old OR
(b) attend the class or "test out" during a testing date if you are over 12 years old OR(c) Take the test if you are 15 years and older. All ages are determined as of January 1 of this year.

NO LATE FORMS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! For this - a postmark of May 15 is accepted, but a postage meter mark is NOT accepted, faxes are NOT accepted.

TO SHOW ANY LIVESTOCK WHICH REQUIRES A PEN or CAGE SPACE YOU MUST SUBMIT THE REQUIRED PAPERWORK BY JULY 2 to the Extension Office.
A. Exhibits in the 4-H Building produced by 4th graders are identified by blue exhibit tags and are eligible for Woodbury County judging only.
